In a frustrating turn of events, numerous Madden NFL 25 players are reporting that they have not received their XP boosts and Ultimate Alumni rewards, despite completing all the necessary challenges in the College Football 25 (CFB 25) mode. The issue has sparked widespread concern among the community, with many players taking to the official community forums and Reddit to voice their complaints.

Many users on the EA forums have stated they are not receiving the expected Ultimate Alumni player cards and XP boost tokens in Madden 25, even after finishing the corresponding tasks in CFB 25. The rewards were meant to transfer between the two games as part of a cross-promotion.
