EA Sports is currently investigating reports from FC25 players who didn’t receive their weekly rewards in Ultimate Team’s Division Rivals mode. According to numerous complaints on the official EA forums and social media, the issue has left many without rewards despite having achieved the required points.

Players began noticing the problem on October 31, shortly after the rewards period reset. For some, it started with connection errors when they tried to claim their rewards. Others reported that the Rivals mode displayed a message saying, “There is No Rivals For now,” blocking them from accessing their rewards entirely. As of today, the problem remains unresolved, impacting players on various platforms, including PlayStation and Xbox.

One user shared, “I waited until the last second to receive my Div2 upgraded rewards. When the time was up, I logged in, and it gave a connection error. When I logged in again, it did not give me my rewards.” Similar complaints from dozens of players point to issues across different divisions and reward tiers, leading to frustration and repeated requests for updates.

Players are also expressing their dissatisfaction on X, with many tagging the EA Help and EASFCDirect accounts. Posts like “WHERE ARE MY RIVALS REWARDS?” and “Still haven’t received my FC pro open rewards…” underscore the frustration. The lack of a quick fix has left players questioning if they’ll ever receive the rewards they earned.

EA’s community managers have responded to the influx of reports, acknowledging the bug and assuring players that the development team is working on a fix. “Our team is actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We really appreciate your patience in the meantime!” said EA_Pulsar posted on the official forum. However, they have yet to provide a timeline for when affected players might expect a resolution. The game’s team even issued a statement on X:

While there’s no ETA for a fix yet, players can expect to see a resolution soon. We’ll keep track of the situation and will update this article if and when there are any further developments.
