To make this change, dive into your settings: head to Settings > Sound and Vibration > Sound Quality and Effects > Equalizer. Once you’ve set it to “balanced,” disconnect and reconnect Android Auto to lock in the new settings.

There’s no official word yet on when Samsung will roll out a permanent patch, but Samsung is aware of the issue and is reportedly cooking up a fix. Until then, setting your equalizer to “balanced” is the best bet to keep things running smoothly. This glitch seems to stem from a compatibility issue between the Galaxy Z Fold 6 settings and Android Auto, affecting all car models and connection types. Trying to downgrade Android Auto or swap cables won’t do the trick.
