I have been dealing with Google for almost 2 months now over these cards I bought like eight of them and only one got redeemed so far. I've been getting the code not code but a message saying we need more information to redeem your card what the hell do you need I bought it , I got the receipt, redeem it.... I got an email last night saying the issue had been resolved I can use my Play card redemption whatever again. I just tried it nothing same thing that's where I got this error code. I've tried to use these cards three or four times to redeem them but you never got redeemed so I'm thinking that might be a problem I'm just going to go file a lawsuit. Luckily I live in San Jose California where the court Google follows the rules is in. I'm just going to go for a small claims suit and see what happens... I probably got $100 tied up in this.
